Campervan Photobooth and Wedding Transport Services – Terms & Conditions

These terms set out the agreement between you (the “Hirer”) and The Little Love Dub Co for the provision of campervan wedding transport and photobooth services. Please read them carefully. By ticking the checkbox on our booking form, you agree to these terms.

• Bookings are accepted once the booking form is submitted, a deposit payment is made and we issue a deposit receipt.
   
• A contract exists once the deposit receipt is sent.
   
• The booking form includes date, time, location, contact details, and services selected.
   

• Vehicle Appearance: The campervan pictured on the website is the campervan that will be provided on the day.  We will endeavour to meet any requests for personalisation, however, this is at the company's discretion.  Please give adequate notice for specific requests.
   
• Scope: Includes photobooth hire and/or wedding transport in a 1960s VW campervan.
   
• Inclusions: Photo booth hire includes props, attendant, lighting, power source, printer and photo prints, online gallery.  Wedding transport includes provision of the campervan for the specified time, decoration as already outlined, chauffeur and drinks basket where requested.
   
• Alterations: Last-minute changes on the day are at staff discretion and may incur extra costs.
   
• Set-up Time: Up to 60 minutes before and after the hire period.
   
• Delays: We will accommodate delays where possible, but this is at the discretion of the attendant.
   
• Prohibited in Camper: No food, drink, or smoking please.
   
• Ground Type: Hard surface preferred. Alternative terrain must be pre-approved due to weather etc.
   
• Weather: We’re not liable for delays due to road closures or weather.
   
• Damage: Please note you are responsible for guest conduct, please ensure your guests treat our equipment with respect.  Broken equipment may be billed.
   
• Guest Conduct: Anti-social behaviour may result in service withdrawal without refund. We love to welcome children, but please ensure they are supervised by an adult.
   
• Lost Property: Retained for 14 days. You may contact us to arrange collection or, where possible, delivery.
   
• Uptime: Photobooth operational at least 80% of hire period.
   
• Equipment Fault: Partial refund based on lost time, max 25% of hire fee.
   
• Digital Files: Provided via password-protected gallery within 7 days. Available for at least 3 months.
   

• We run from an electric generator contained within the campervan.
   

• Minimum space: 4m wide × 6m long × 2.5m height clearance.
   
• Access height: At least 2.3m.
   
• Ground: Solid and level.
   

• Contact us to request changes as early as possible please.
   
• We’ll confirm feasibility and any changes to cost or logistics.
   
• If changes are not acceptable, you may cancel (see cancellation terms).
   

• We may update vehicles or services. You may cancel if changes are significant.
   
• Terms at the time of booking apply, unless required by law.
   

• We deliver services on the date agreed in your booking form.
   
• If you fail to provide necessary details (e.g., address), we may have to cancel.
   
• Delays due to our fault: You may cancel for a partial refund.
   
• Delays outside our control: We’ll inform you but are not liable for losses.
   
• In the unlikely event the campervan becomes unavailable, we’ll offer a full refund.
   
• Refunds issued within 7 days, may take up to 7 business days to reach your account.

• We are a single vehicle business.  In the unlikely event of mechanical failure, we advise you to have a back up method of transport available and will issue a full refund.
   

• Must be in writing.
   
• Within 14 days of booking (and more than 30 days before event): 100% refund of deposit.
   
• After 14 days: Deposit non-refundable.
   
• Within 30 days of event: Full balance due unless we rebook the date.
   
• Date changes within 30 days: Full balance still due if new date is unavailable.
   

• Contact us by phone or email with your name, event date, and contact info.
   
• We’ll confirm cancellation in writing.
   

• We may cancel if:
   
  • Payment not received within 7 days of request.
     
  • You fail to provide essential details.
     
• We retain the deposit.
   

• Contact us via phone or email with any concerns.
   
• We aim to resolve all issues promptly.
   

• Prices agreed in writing.
   
• Payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer or Klarna on request.
   
• Deposit due within 7 days of invoice to secure the booking.
   
• Full balance due 30 days before the event.
   

• We are only liable up to the value of the hire.
   
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
   
• We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
   

• Pixieset Media Inc. is used for storing and sharing digital images. Guests will need email + password to access galleries.

• Photos may be used for our social media or website.  Please let us know if you wish to opt out.
   

• Rights under this contract are not transferable without our permission.
   
• This contract is between you and The Little Love Dub Co.
   
• Dispute resolution via an independent body is available on request.
